"You guys need to fix your page on Door dash. You need to let the app users know when you serve hot food. I ordered it yet it wasn't available...? Why would you do that? I had to get a full refund from DoorDash. Pick it up guys. You could also be friendlier. Smile and greet customers. It's 90% of your job. Stop treating customers like they don't exist."

"I usually go here during lunch breaks and decided to get a sandwich at deli counter. I am appalled at the attitude the blue eyed, brown haired lady had. She had been hostile towards a non-English speaking gentlemen and said that he was “retarded” because he spoke no English then proceeded to complain about how she had just gotten her break because people kept coming in. Usually staff is very helpful and so friendly and this was first time I see this lady. Gave another star for gentlemen who tried to laugh off her outrageous behavior who had to put up with her attitude who was working with her during shift and made an amazing sandwich. Management should staff people accordingly during rushes but also review customer service with employee. She’s clearly burnt out and in need of feedback. She made me personally feel unwelcome and God knows how many others esp who are foreigners. love Raleys, but it’ll be a while before I come back."
