"Worst supermarket ever. New edit still the worst ever the guy from the dei counter had to go to lunch and they close down the deli, really you want me to wait 27 minuets for the guy to return. I was told this by another female employee who is standing next to the deli counter doing nothing. Now i have been standing at the guest service counter for 11 minutes, and nobody has even tried to assist me. What the F are the people running this place thinking. I recommend no o e shop at this place. I am begging you please for your own sanity and mine shop somewhere else. Prices are higher than Whole Foods. You need a mortgage for a week's worth of food. The employees don't know where anything is, and it seems the deli is never slicing meat. When you have a question, employees say "I don't know." Shouldn't they go fi d out the answer. It's just horrible service. It will not change where is Ralph's when you need one. Really should be -4☆"

"Worst ever Safeway by far. And Im from Oakland. No or low stock, Absolutelyterrible service...all attitude especially the black cashiers ( 1 year ago the heavyset woman, and last night the fat zombie ) . I"ll never come here again."

"Safeway is convenient, but super expensive, you can expect to pay 30% to 70% more than average of competition., depending on product, once vanilla syrup was $18 compared to $6 to retail chain the area. Pricing seems, is done based on individual knowledge of staff or managers, not by industry data."

"Local Warm Springs safeway always is out of stock with produce that is almost always spoiled or rotting. Gotten much worse over the past year. Always understaffed with overworked staff running around. 12 registers with two open at best any time. It's clear they're cost cutting and know that there is little to no competition other than the much better Osaka and 99 Ranch. Looking forward to them providing more expensive and worse quality food going forward."

"Staff doesn't keep the carts at all. Carts will be stacked in the parking lot only. Customers only have to go and get the carts. Very pathetic service from Safeway staff. Clean and organized. Billing queue will be more in peak hours. Still the billing counters will not be attended by staff. Only one will be open. They don't open self checkout around 10pm and only one billing counter will be open. We see big queue at night and still they don't open more billing counter or self checkout counters. Opening more Billing counters in peak hours would help and also whenever you see many people waiting in the queue for billing they need to open either self check out or more billing counters. Water filters aren't working and stopped working while I was refilling. Now there is a machine outside the building and not very convenient to get it refilled."
