"Affordable self-service dog wash. Uber affordable drop in nail grinding for my pup. Soap smelled great, i love the ramp for dogs to climb so they don’t hurt themselves. Ample space in the tub. Facility was very clean and staff was great. I didn’t have time to shop but at a glance the selection of supplies, toys and snacks seem nice!"

"Good self service dog wash. BIG NOTE: they close at 3:30, not 4pm. (I suggest they update that as the time they close.) They will refuse you if you show up at 3:31pm to wash your dog. Easy and efficient if you do it yourself, they have tubs raised so you can stand while washing your dog and aprons to wear so you don't get wet. I have never had them clean my dog for me, so I can not speak of how the staff's grooming services are. Overall, 4 stars. Only reason it's not 5, is I feel the staff could be a bit more professional."

"The Self-service dog is 5 stars. But today I had a bad experience with their professionals. Everything was looking great, before the bath they were super nice. But when I got there, after 4 hours of dropping my dog there, my dog ears were super dirty, all brown inside and all wet outside! They also didn't clean his butt, what was dirty with poo!! He is a golden retriever with long hair. I asked them to clean the ears and the butt, and dry the ears! They were very resistant. I started cleaning the ears with a cotton ball to show how dirty it was, then one of the groomers finished cleaning and "helped" me to dry his ears! But the butt, they didn't clean at all!!! I took the dog to the self wash and I cleaned! One of the groomers was being ironic and telling me to get the bath towel to clean!!! Super weird and not good experience. And it had the cost of $75. I could totally accept if they were responsible and assume they forgot the ears and the butt and I could wait for that, but unfortunately, it did't happen. I was in my lunch time and I had to finish someone else work that I paid for....not correct."

"So easy and well organized. Quick and painless for our dog for her second time there. Was busy at first but emptied out fast when everyone ran through their business. Provide everything needed, shampoo, brushes, towels, hair dryer and a waterproof apron so we don't get wet."

"This place totally rocks! We took our doggo here after she swam in swampy water for a bath to clean off the grossness. Ellen, the owner, was working and is super helpful with a pleasant attitude. She showed us the proper procedure for using the facilities and gave our pup a treat after her bath. So much better than having to clean up a home tub after a dog’s bath. 10/10 would recommend."
