"They did such an amazing job on my Maltipoo, Before I would take her to pet supplies but recently decided to try out Petco, due to staff always having an attitude and not having a very pleasant check in every time I would go in to drop her off. I can already tell a dramatic difference in grooming + customer service. She used to come home with her nails super sharp, which would cause scratch marks on my children. After picking her up today I noticed they actually took the time and effort to file them properly. I will now be coming to Petco for all grooming services! Thank you Juliet."
"Juliet took care of my 8.5 month old Frenchie. His 4th visit with her, and he has done well. Juliet really listened to my needs and met them. I'm happy with my grooming services."
"perfect haircut and she smells so wonderful. such a quick groom. she was hardly there an hour. she looks great!!"
"Brought my husky in earlier today for a de-shedding appointment. When I came to pick him up he was really damp and made my car smell like wet dog. I got him home and noticed he was so wet his body made an outline on my hardwood floor. How was he deshedded if he wasn’t dry? Did they brush him wet? It’s not like I picked him up early, I was right on time. They had him in a kennel when I arrived. He was there from 9:10-11:40am. If he had his full winter coat I would be a little more understanding. But his undercoat is gone except for his neck due to daily brushing and it is summer."
"Update: So someone at dog park asked me if I cut the dogs hair... You never get asked this after a professional does the job! Update 2: So my smaller dog is still behaving strange two days later... like some level of trauma was experienced... I am sure that the crate time and handling was not good for him... It is very hard to see my dogs in this state. Original Review: A haircut I can truly say that I could have done much better myself. Bring your dog here at your own peril. They are not cheaper than real grooming shops... $20 is not cheaper when you are talking $100 per dog for full treatment. Run to a real groomer... don't look back... We have two seven month old Labradoodles. One has straight hair while the other has more poodle hair... Both should look like little cute fluffy puffballs for around two weeks following a grooming... Well Petco butchered this haircut. A 3/4 inch uneven shave over entire dog. The legs are uneven. Usually labradoodles have their legs cut like little straight poles... very cute look. Uneven is not even a good way to describe it. A day later, you wouldn't know they were at groomers. What a joke for $210. I feel like I was literally robbed. It is like we went in and said give us the cheapest haircut ever... and then get hit with a $210 bill! The dogs don't even prance around like they have a new haircut? Then on top of this, both dogs were there for five hours... From the quality of this job, they were clearly locked in foreign crates for 4 hours and 45 minutes each. while jammed through all the different grooming stages over 15 minutes... I will likely never even shop at Petco again... this is how angry I am. They should be ashamed... maybe they were training someone? but you would think training would imply supervision? What a joke for a company. Never again will I make this mistake. Last month we went to "Tails of the City" since petco was backed up. We don't know why we didn't just go back, since we were so happy with their work. They know how to trim a labradoodle. Edit: I added better pictures of the dogs... I want to add a picture of them after last haircut but don't want people to think that petco is capable of such work."
