"This is a very good counseling group. I have been coming here for over a year and they have helped me a lot with the issues that I have been dealing with for my whole life. The staff are friendly and welcoming and their office is very soothing and comfortable. There have been complaints in other posts of having to wait for an appointment. That can definitely happen considering how great this office is so be patient. They are good at what they do so they have many clients."

"I would not recommend this business. My husband and I prepaid for 4 marital counseling sessions at $85 each. Then on the Monday morning of our fourth appointment I had to call and cancel because I was sick with the flu. We soon after decided to file for divorce so didn't need to use the last session for which we prepaid. They sent me a bill for an additional $30 for canceling the appointment within 24 hours. When I explained that we had prepaid $85 for a session we weren't even going to use because we were filing for divorce anyway, and I didn't understand why I had to pay $30, I was told that the prepaid amount of $85 could only be used for a session. They said the good news is that I could still use that session in the future. A lot of good that will do us. I learned to never prepay for services again - oh, and not be concerned about getting other people sick when I'll get billed additional money for it. What a scam. Ironic that a counseling company can't even have compassion for people in this situation. It's not like they didn't get enough of our money already."

"I had to wait over a week to get in, then after my first visit they were unable to see me the next week. When I explained that I needed to talk with someone before then, the therapist herself said she could not help and proceeded to giggle and say "I know this isn't good news for you, but it's so good for me to hear how far ahead I'm booked!" Seriously, could a so called christian counselor be anymore uncompassionate? The secretary leaves early so if you need evening appointments, good luck! She could not answer insurance questions and basically called me a liar to find out she was mistaken. A very bad experience overall. Would not recommend to anyone."
