"I had someone rear end me back in November. When I brought this to the attention of the agency they said that, for the cost of repair of $1072, I should notify the police department. I did that and they referred me to the State of Wisconsin for assistance. I have been waiting for them to assign a case number for the uninsured motorist who did this and that still has not happened. If I had made the claim to the agency I would have had to pay my deductible and then had a rate increase on my insurance premium. I am not happy that the agency did not want to go to bat for me and I am thinking that I may research another company when my insurance changes the first of July. Why am I paying for all of my insurances when this is the response I get from American Family."
