"Wow. I feel lucky that it was open when we went there. But maybe wished it was closed. Usually when at a vitamin store if a customer is looking at a product for an extended amount of time the employee would ask if they had any questions and offer suggestions. Especially when we're the only ones in the store. NOPE. We had to ask and when we did the employee gave the most vague response. No help at all. Didn't know what he was selling. Couldn't describe what two of the supplements do. Awful and embarrassing. I'd get more help online. Won't be back! (one star because I had to pick something)"

"Sign on door says "be back at 4pm". 4:20... door still locked."

"Four times since Nov first, the store was closed, during regular hours. Online said it was open, but it was not.. still haven't been able to shop at any green bay local."

"They are never open. I went today around 10 and there was a sign on the door that said open from 1pm-4pm. Maybe start paying better then minimum wage so you can actually hire employees."

"I went in to return a product I did not like. When I got there the cashier was distracted by his friends visiting him in the store. When I finally got to the register, he didn’t scan my return receipt and tried to give me $20 back for a purchase I paid $55 for. When he finally entered in all my information, he gave me cash instead of putting it back on my card. I didn’t realize until after I left that I was given back $45 instead of $55. But I guess there is no way to prove that since he didn’t put it in the register properly. I picked out a different item and he was once again distracted by his friends that were wandering in the store. This was Saturday 6/5 afternoon. I am not happy I was shorted my money and the service wasn’t amazing. Even when I went to buy the new product, he told me “good luck” because he just didn’t think I would like it. Not a good way to sell products!"
