"Store is truly trash and irresponsible. Workers were standing putting stuff away around people who were ripping tags and stuffing down clothes inside their jackets, one worker even saw and shrugged it off. One Dude literally ripped the tag and put a pants and shirt over his neck and walked right out. Why invest in so many cameras for no damn reason I found it so funny."
"As I wandered the aisles I found an open bottle of juice, a drink from Starbucks growing mold, and unpackaged, broken cookies under the hand sanitizer by the shoes. I also saw broken and beat up merchandise that shouldn’t be for sale and empty boxes indicating items were stolen. I counted 4 employees (not including cashiers) and not one of them was doing anything. I’m sure I’ll receive the same “we’ll pass this on to the management team” reply but clearly management doesn’t care. I’ve never seen anything like this."
"I didn't know goodwill had competition. This is not a well kept store anymore ! Either employees don't care or they don't want to get involved. The store is a disaster, kids running around no parental supervision, people stealing clothes right in front of the so called employee. Wow, just do us a favor and either clean the store or close it."
"I’m not sure what else to say except what the heck happened? Not only is it unenjoyable to be here, It feels unsafe. The level of clutter and piles of stuff strewn about the store makes you question if it was robbed recently because it looks like a crime scene where somebody was looking for a particular item and tossing everything else around. Mind you I know the store has never been the nicest or most upkept store from day one but in the past year the continued downturn is unacceptable. I am not sure how they’re able to keep their doors open safely. I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures when I stepped in this week. The line to check out is also insanely long- 2 people checking out everyone but moving very slow. I waited 15 minutes and left. I barely moved in that 15 minutes and probably had another 20 minutes or more to wait. Not worth it for discount socks. Also, the new set up with the dressing rooms and racks shoved up right next to them- It’s not working. People all crammed in one tiny area you can’t move piles of clothes everywhere. This has been my experience the last several times. I have stopped here. I keep hoping it was a fluke and things will turn around. Instead, it keeps getting worse and worse. Family visiting from out of state this summer was initially excited to check the store out but they told me they left because they felt so unsafe in the store. Can’t say I blame them with the current state of the store. I wanted very much to like the store but with things as they currently are, I will not be returning, they are too many other shops nearby with nice items that are more kept up and enjoyable to bother. I write this review in hopes that management sees it and makes some changes. This has been going on long enough now that something must be seriously wrong internally and not just short staffed temporarily , as is the current trending in stores."
"They are doubtless one of the next places to close. Vast empty spaces, trashed and dirty sales floor and sizes so jumbled as to make it impossible to find anything worthwhile. Never seen a functioning store in such a state of such disarray. Left empty handed and very disappointed. Monroe Milstein would not be pleased with what his store has become. Definitely not worth the time to visit."
