"Never really had a problem with American eagle workers until today. When I was in there shopping I bought a pair of underwear for my bf from the clearance section that was supposed to be 60%. Go to check out and the lady has me pay full price for it so I tell her I got them in the clearance section that was 60% off and she kinda gave me a look with attitude and said “where did you get these” and then I told her they were in the 60% clearance section and didn’t even give me the full 60% off, she only gave me 30%. Wasn’t gonna say anything about it after that cuz I could tell she was already annoyed about the situation. And you could tell they were supposed to be in the clearance section and they she should have gave me 60% off because there was no packaging on them. Pretty positive this was the manager also which is not really professional."

"American Eagle uses UDS for delivery of purchases which never arrive on time and they play the blame game. I currently have yet another late order stuck in the “Exception, Carrier Delay” category with no update for days. I know it’s the holidays and very challenging but you should either extend delivery expectation at time of order or replace your carrier with UPS or FedEx."

"This location needs serious customer service training. Went in around Noon on a Monday looking for several new pairs of jeans after losing a bunch of weight after covid, what a terrible experience and the staff can't even look up and smile, greet you, or even ask what you need help with. It was like you were bothering THEM when this is what you're getting paid for, or so I thought. One even rolled her eyes when I asked for a fitting room, twice. I walked out."

"I stopped at the store tonight to purchase some jeans. I cannot sing Mia’s praises enough. So kind and helpful - and I was a handful with all the jeans I was trying on! There was also a male working who was also very helpful and kind but I didn’t catch his name. Truly was a great experience - I would love to shop with Mia again!"
