"Friendly and helpful checkout associate! The store was clean and well organized. I was very disappointed to observe a customer leaving a fitting room an absolute mess with many items of clothing off of the hangers and on the floor, even stepping on them. The mess had to be time consuming for the clerk in that area and would take her away from customer service. That is not good customer behavior!"

"Came in for men's Skechers slip on shoes. Only 3 colors / styles. Found a pair my client should like & fit in. Only 3 ⭐ rating was given because upon entering the store the overwhelming smell of Sephora perfumes was nauseating & permeates into all of the merchandise. I wish Kohl's might get better air filtering with possibly activated carbon to remove the cacophony of scents from the rest of the store. Or maybe enclose Sephora in its own glass box. I sometimes dread coming here because of the smell."
