"I’m sick and tired of the TERRIBLE customer service here. This summer I came in to find some frolfing discs all three guys were on their PHONES while I had no clue what I was looking for. Fast forward, I come in today and there is about 8 of us in the ski section and NO ONE helps, they all sit in the front talking to each other. I’m completely done with this place- take your business somewhere else. For how expensive their skis are you would think they would offer to help."
"Very impressed! I was driving through the lot at 8:15 am to look at what time they opened. Mike was unloading a trailer and asked if he could help. I told him I was just looking at the hours.
