"I bought a bike from there. My rear derailleur broke, I took it to them and they grudgingly replaced it for free. As I had bought the bike from them. For the next year my bicycle never worked the same. After a year I find out that they put the wrong derailleur and that is why I have to replace almost my entire drivetrain. If you don't know what you're talking about to them they will not be nice to you. I drove 2 hours to go back to the place I bought the bike because it was under the warranty. I just thought this wouldn't happen."

After one month using my bike, I had a little problem in the rear wheel, and Everret took take of my Bike in the same moment I got in! "This shop is awesome! I was looking everywhere for Rime 2.0 shoes in 8.5s and they seemed to be non-existent. The store's from Specialized page were thousands of miles away, had inaccurate stock, or simply didn't ship. But not Encina's Cycling Center!
