"I just wanted to take the time to recognize Deshawn @TM Walnut Creek for making my in-store experience such an amazing one. To provide some background, I bought some Travis Mathew polos, hats and socks online and was immediately impressed, the fit and quality really stood out to me. The Bahama style hat is one the most comfortable hats I have ever worn. Fast forward, I learn that there is a TM Store in WC. I am already a fan of the brand from my online purchases, so why not give the WC store a try? Deshawn greeted me and made me feel welcomed right away, plus the store was extremely clean and organized. He talked me to about the floor plan and asked about what I was interested in. He guided to the right areas, then opened my eyes to some other areas to consider, like the "cloud" sweat pants. As I started to collect polos and other items to try on, he kindly offered to setup a dressing room for me. It made me feel like the "red carpet" was taken out for me and I am confident that Deshawn makes all of his customers feel this way. Throughout my entire interaction with Deshawn, he continued to keep our conversation going and addressed any questions I had. Ultimately, I am a huge fan of the TM Brand and even a bigger fan of their retail location in WC because of Deshawn. To add, Danielle chimed in towards the end of my purchased and treated me extremely kind too. Deshawn and Danielle - Thank you for treating me so well, best of luck to you in 2021 and beyond!"
