"Don't buy rubber dumbbells from this company. I don't know where these come from but they are TOXIC. I bought a bunch about a year ago, scrubbed them multiple times with different degreasers and cleaners but the smell persisted. I gave up, put them outside since last July and they STILL SMELL like chemicals. Insane!! Horrible product."
"This store is every reason you want to buy exercise gear at an actual store vs. online. We bought a LifeFitness treadmill a year and a half ago - super helpful in terms of picking the unit, knowledge, great selection - and seamless delivery and install. Worked a year and a half then stopped working ... called them, they had their technician John out early next week ... who fixed it in 20 minutes. Never discussed a cost, not sure what their support policies are per se but the experience was seamless and terrific, they know their stuff (sales and support) and they make an effort to take care of you. 100% recommend this store (and their tech staff!) for everything you need."
"Don't use this company for servicing older equipment. Unfortunately I decided to use them for a service call to come to my home and assess my Stairmaster 4600 PT (older but very high quality). Their fee was $249 and they gave me all the assurances they'd assess, then if parts are needed they'd buy and come back to repair (for an added $99/hr + parts). The guys that did the assessment were great (otherwise this would be 1 star). They felt confident that by replacing 1 very common part the machine would be fully functioning. They told me their service manager would get back to me soon. A few days went by so I finally called, and the story I got was that the part wasn't supplied by the primary company any longer (of course, as it's an older model) - and that they only work through the primary company for parts. It was pretty obvious what the goal was when she tried to steer me toward buying new equipment. I called Gym Doctors in Hayward and they told me that's a common approach to selling new equipment (sadly). The part is widely available (via 3rd party sellers) as my equipment is very common! Furthermore, they'd have come to my house for $189. So had I gone with them, I'd be done (they'd happily order the part and have come back to replace it). When on the phone with 360 Fitness I had to press to get any help - they sent me the website for the manual and left me to order the part from a 3rd party. It's frustrating as they pushed all the risk on me for ordering the correct part, and I know nothing about these machines! They said they'd come back and install it for me if I got it (for the 99/hr). Bottom line: if you need any servicing, do yourself a favor and call Gym Doctors. They sounded great on the phone. I might just pay up the additional $189 and start over again with them. I can pretty much guarantee that 360 Fitness isn't even thinking about me anymore now that they know I'm not going to buy new equipment."
"I placed an order on 10/10/2022 for a equipment rack. It has been 4 months and not delivered yet, Every time I call they said we are busy we will call you back and they never did, I am sick and tired of their response and no longer need this rack there are too many options and will ask my money back that I paid upfront 4 months back."
