"Terrible customer service. The lazy guy does not want to leave cash register, he'd rather point to where something is so that I can get there and find out he was wrong. I spent almost $500 there and they treated me like I spent $5. Basic polite customer service is really hard to find now, especially here."

"They did a good job trying to pack in as much stuff as they can in a relatively small space. Of course there are less choices than other bigger "big 5" but they make up for it with a great staff attitude. Their customer service is excellent, they were as helpful as they come. I called and they put what I needed on hold. When I got there it was put aside for me even if they were the last ones on the shelf. Their parking lot is in the back."
