"The new space is beautiful. But the store needs to figure out their checkout system. So outdated, not mobile, lines are ridiculous even after the holidays. Everyone working here is amazing, very patient and very nice… But the lines will make me shop elsewhere."

"Recently, I purchased Wonder Under Leggings from this store and returned it due to the low quality compared to the old version "Luxtreme." Then, I wrote a review on their website about it. Here is my review: "I just don't understand why designers have this nonsense interest in discontinuing items that are the most attractive and popular. When an item is very successful, the company suddenly decides to discontinue it forever with no reason, and they don't even care in how many reviews they receive this message that pls bring it back. I saw in reviews that lululemon just responded to 5 star reviews but totally ignored the low rate ones. This wonder under is not even close to the old version. So sad.". Shortly after, I received an email with this subject: "Your review has been moderated." This is what I've read after opening: "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!". The idea and philosophy of leaving a review is to give your honest opinion even if it's negative, as long as you're not disrespecting anyone, it's not containing profanity of any kind, and there is no hostile approach in your review, it must be published. I purchased an item and couldn't even share what I really felt. I am very disappointed with lululemmon. It's not always about the quality of merchandise. It's about merchant's professionalism, of which I believe they lack and really need to consider some serious improvements."

"It’s LuLulemon in downtown beautiful Walnut Shopping center. Awesome staff that keep the store running proficiently and clean. Armed security as well which nowadays is a must."

"It was my first time going into the store yesterday as I usually buy online. I thought the customer service was pretty good. They are very helpful and I found a good amount of stuff and will definitely be back. The only downside is the location and finding parking might be difficult and also being very busy on the weekends with a long line for checking out. I didn't see any bags to put your things into while shopping and I wasn't offered any as my hands were quite full so they should definitely provide that."

"4 stars for fast and easy order pickup. The newly remodeled space is also very nice. So why 2 stars? You’d think with all the extra space they’d continue to offer sizes 0-20 (as they did in their *MUCH* smaller store) however it seems they have followed the trend of old navy and Athleta and have decided they no longer want “larger” sizes in store. There were maybe 10 pairs of leggings in sizes 16-20 (total, not styles I mean available to purchase in store.) Everything else is sizes 00-14. Disappointed to see their “size inclusivity” is limited to online only."
