"The rental booking and bike collection experience was a breeze and fuzz free. Technician Lucas (sorry if I got the name wrong) was helpful and friendly. He setup my bike based on bike fitting data I provided and fine tuned based on the Domane SL6 size I booked. The fitting was pretty good. He even add a Garmin handle bar mount for my Garmin Edge. It would have been 10/10 if not for the unexpected quality issue with the Bontaga wheel. I got a puncture on the front wheel just after the Baker-Barry Tunnel, the sealant was not able to seal up the puncture. So got to put on the provided spare inner tube, but the rim tape has a plastic gasket at the valve hole. The hole of the plastic gasket is not fully aligned with the valve hole of the rim. The valve of spare inner tube was of the correct diameter, which means misaligned hole will not fit the valve. The problem was addressed later by some improvised method. Overall the Domane SL6 rental gave me a good memory of the ride to Sausalito, Paradise Drive and Hawk Hill. Highly recommended."
