"Usually have a great selection with sizes. Workers are wonderful, very easy to talk to if any questions. The store is organized. It’s a great vibe inside, it’s colorful and neon lights are extra cute if you take pictures inside. I have a few Aviator Nation and it’s soft and very comfortable. I do wish there were pockets on some of the sweatpants tho."

"I recently attempted to make a purchase on Aviator Nation's website, and the experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Firstly, the website seems to have a mind of its own. Items mysteriously appeared in my cart without my ever adding them myself or even viewing them. This not only added unnecessary confusion but also raised concerns about the reliability of the platform. Next, the attempt to benefit from a 10% discount by providing my email. After entering my email, the system abruptly demanded my phone number. This bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling deceived and raised questions about the transparency of the discount process. I found a 15% discount promo code online, while the system accepted the code and displayed a reduced balance, every attempt to input my credit card information resulted in a payment failure, citing a mysterious change in the amount. Upon checking my balance, it consistently updated to reflect the full amount with no sign of the promised discounts. In my pursuit of resolution, I called the phone number listed for Aviator Nation's headquarters, only to be met with a frustrating 10-minute hold time, during which no one attended to my call. Seeking assistance through their chat feature proved equally fruitless, as I was met with a bot that never initiated any meaningful follow-up or resolution. In a last-ditch effort, I reached out to this store directly to inquire about honoring the 15% discount. Regrettably, my patience wore thin as I waited half the day for them to inform me that they were unable to honor the discount either. This level of incompetence and unresponsiveness from a supposedly reputable brand is inexcusable. Overall, my experience with Aviator Nation has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by a malfunctioning website, deceptive discount practices, and an utter lack of customer service. I strongly caution others against subjecting themselves to such a frustrating ordeal and recommend exploring alternative options with better customer support."

"Two girls from staff were not nice. They seemed to be having fun between themselves and not wanting to sell a piece. The sensation for me as a client is like I was doing them a favor. I asked for a different size from the one I was trying. She told me something like: if there isn’t anything exposed we don’t have anymore. Then I asked: what about another color? She replied no. After making clear that I wanted to buy (and was not only trying) her colleague told me: I can check downstairs for you! And of course there was my piece! Apparently these two girls don’t like to sell! Very frustrating- very poor experience"

"This rating is for the staff here - they are incredibly friendly and customer-centric. I called ahead of my visit to see if they had an item in stock prior to heading over. Rachel helped locate the hoodie that I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. Not only did they have it, she offered to put it on hold for me. While driving over a few hours later, Rachel gave me a call since there were other shoppers also looking for the hoodie and she wanted to make sure I still was coming to buy it! Thankfully she didn't sell it out from underneath me while I was literally driving around looking for parking. Upon reaching the store, I was greeted warmly and had an overall great experience. AN - you've got a great store with quality products, but your staff here are your best asset! Thank you to Rachel and others who helped."
