"I was just there around 6pm to purchase a HDMI usb port for my macbook air 13.6 needed to connect to projector. The first sales clerk I saw on the floor was in a hurry but did help with my question what is compatible but I thought I should pick something little cheaper because he pointed the ones that has multiple ports when I only going to needed one. I discovered two items with affordable price but I couldn’t tell the size of the usb being inside unopened box. I found another clerk which pretty occupied at the moment with another customer. The waiting was taking pretty longer than I anticipated. There’s a couple in front of me wants to purchase some calling cards. I told the clerk I just need to ask a question, and he told me to wait. I waited patiently again. The clerk is basically taking so much time because she is about to buy expensive two items. On top of what she wanted to buy, she has tons of questions that is not related and more questions. The cleark was adding more informations and ideas and whatever popped in his head to give her more motivation to stay put. She have her purchased done but the chatting is endlessly.Everyone is playing cool but it’s pretty obvious this is getting ridiculous. Finally, the couple are next. They asked him if he could help them to connect their phones because it is advertised in the board behind them. The clerk was a complete jerk the way he responded. He stating that it’s for technician and they don’t have that in this department. This clerk is assuming his way of making these couple bad about by asking too much of him will be acceptable behavior. The couples made argumebts with him loke this is misleading then. After the confusion I came next. There was more people now behind us so I had to really to squeeze in because I have ordered soup at the mall and knowing the wait will be long by numbers to call but so thought coming to check on usb port would give me enough time but no this clerk is one of the slowest with no strategy or whatsoever because his attitude is bad it’s just don’t make any sense why hire this type of people. I came prepared. I showed his my phone where I bought my laptop it’s on best buy which all he had to do is take his time to check which is compatible. I also have the two boxes of HDMI ports I’ve been holding in my hands the whole entire time. He asked me if there’s a HDMI port for my laptop and I said no reason being I’m purchasing these usb port. *sigh* Then he’s like asking me to bring my laptop to take a look and to able to help me. He has a very attitude while he’s telling me this. I have tried explaining to take a look at my phone there’s a picture and description and we can even search which item for it but he just closed my case! When he was talking to the first customer he had no problem chatting endlessly about other stores and what they can helped with but when it was my turn showing him the best buy store he just didn’t even want to hear a thing. I find this guy very dumb. He shouldn’t work there. He got personal issues bringing from home to work.I mean seriously, he’s so confident with bad attitude that it confuses me if he is in the right department. No one should suffer from his rudeness and example he is showing off. He should be mindful, informative and considerate."
"There must be a better method to control outright stealing. Target can’t keep letting the people that are known kleptomaniacs to continually come into the store. Target needs a designated person to take responsibility and come up with a plan. I know I’m preaching to the choir, but I have to reiterate it so you understand my frustration. Not only are the kleptomaniacs, hurting Targets business, because now it’s relying on insurance to replenish the things that were stolen. Or raising their prices so everybody has to suffer. But the customers who are paying for their products can’t get services, because most of Target’s staff is on the floor chasing thieves. I have experienced this on multiple occasions. It makes me not even want to come into the store."
"Once you know the store, you can find things easily, they don't move them around. Self service check out is easy, 'will call' is even easier. Good variety of brand and generic offerings in most departments."
"I went to pay for my purchase with my Target card and after several attempts, my card wouldn't work and the cashier told me that I needed to contact customer service. When I arrived home, I immediately called. The gentleman informed me that my account had been cancelled permanently. Several months ago I had problems with not getting paid and I missed 3 months of minimum payments. I had already borrowed money from family and friends just to pay rent to keep a roof over my head. As soon as I received the money I was owed, I paid the entirety of my balance, almost $4500. I never complained about the interest or late fees, I paid every penny I owed Target and I thought that everything was good. Now almost a month later, I find out that my account has been cancelled permanently. I am very upset about it and I feel that if this is the way that Target treats a cardholder of 10 years that had a bad spell, I will not support them in any way. I will let people know just how horrible of business they are."
"Don't come here expecting a full-sized Target but they do have a pretty decent food selection since it's right next to sfsu. There are very many helpful staff members and the customer service desk is outstanding and quick to solve your problems probably because they want you to leave but that is completely understandable in retail. The clothing section is understandably limited to things that college students would probably wear if they needed to go on a job interview tomorrow or if they somehow lost their favorite pair of shorts shorts but the great news is you can return everything & anything target there, so return away! Also decent skincare available that's indie & way less expensive than Sephora."
