"The staff here was so lovely. I went in hoping in to find black leggings in a size 2 or 3X and was helped immensely by three (THREE) employees! The store only had two pairs of leggings in sizes that could work for me, but those three employees did everything to make sure that that was truly the full extent of what they had in stock. I could tell that they truly wanted to help me, and that matters more to me than they’ll ever know. I’ve walked past this location many times and not gone in because of the general anxiety that comes with shopping in-person while fat, but this single store has given me hope. Thank you."

"I've never been a customer of Athleta so wasn't sure what to expect but I had a fantastic experience at this branch as well as the Sutter's one. The store associates were extremely kind and the store and fitting rooms were clean and spacious - the fitting rooms in particular felt very personal and chic. The associates helped me find an item and looked up the item at a different branch for me. The experience was so great - it reminded me how special in-store shopping experience can be compared to online!"

"If I could pick only one brand to live in, this would be it. It’s the ticket for the most comfortable, durable, stylish stuff ever. And the customer service is consistently on the ball—responsive, kind, oriented toward solution, e.g. they actually advertise that you can “test” it out, which is exactly what I did with a pair of leggings, pants, a top and hoodie. As it turns out, I did not need to return anything, but loved knowing that if I needed to, I wouldn’t get a hassle from them. Their products, return policy, service, ethos, etc. all of it is on point. I especially love this location because of their extensive sale rack selection."
