"First this review has nothing to do with their product. I love their upgrades/ new designs. That being said; I was just in the store on Folsom street today 6/8 with two of my work colleagues. Noted this is not my first time in this particular store. I called yesterday 6/7 and had a couple items held for me by Andrew (under Angie) who was very helpful. When we walked in the boutique; we asked for Andrew and noticed another Gentleman (I am really trying not to be rude here) wearing a cream two pieces suit. Thought he was Andrew; and he said no. My pieces were brought to me; I proceeded to try them on. Came out with the first piece to the large mirror in their foyer and also to get my colleagues’ feedback. One of my colleague came closer and the other stood behind us. The one with me and I started discussing the dress I had on. My second colleague who stood behind us as noticed the gentleman wearing the cream two pieces suit glaring at us to the point that she had to ask him if there was a problem. Noticed they were other clients in the foyer. Whoever you are; first you are very lucky I was not the one who caught your glaire; second we are in 2023 BE BETTER; third I left the store with all four pieces I tried on; fourth i really great with faces and will tell you exactly how I feel when/if I see you next. "Had a great time at this location. I did not realize that this location was an actual store based on the name but found out when I was at another store checking for an item. I called and placed a hold on my item. The associates/manager were very helpful when I walked in, helped me immediately, and were great in general. The store looks beautiful. Apparently they are opening a home goods line and their redesign of the store layout looks extra luxurious. The only gripe for this location is that it is smaller and primarily carries the newer lines so the stock and styles are limited if you are looking for particular items. In summary, the service is excellent, the store is beautiful, and the experience is wonderful."

"I've been a frequent customer and credit card holder at Banana Republic for years. I recently purchased items and have been traveling. I simply asked that my order be adjusted to reflect the 40% off that came out the very next day after my purchase and have it applied to my Banana Republic card. The store won't help me and I've had to contact multiple people at customer service who all send me to someone else. There are different people for the stores, online, and the credit card. I've never been so disappointed with customer service. I plan to return the items. I've already cancelled my card. This could have been simple but they lost a customer for life instead."

"My favorite Banana Republic store, located below the Gap corporate offices. Why? It has a true high-end feeling with a beautiful presentation and clothing like a cowhide leather jacket that had real designer quality (and a price to match). The staff are very gracious and enthusiastic. Note - you will not find a saw section here, or at least there wasn’t on my visit. :)"
