"Argued with me for several minutes for sending a pre-paid package and sent it back, cutting open the box and defacing the label with a bunch of scribbles and three messages about unpaid postage and the word "dupplicatey." This was a sleep test I was mailing in that I had finished. They charge $25 per day I don't send it back. It is now a three day weekend and I can't send it in until Tuesday. I should have trusted my gut when I thought this was place was sketchy and saw a guy talking with a worker about how his PO Box got closed without any notice and all his mail got sent back."

"It's a good post office, hardly anyone was in there before lunch on a Friday. I don't think this one gets a lot of foot traffic either way. You do need to walk to it, a good 200 hundred feet or so from the parking lot. It's kind of tricky if you've never been here before. You have to walk down the long corridor, and through the open area by the fountain to get to it."

"I would never recommend this location because they are uneducated about their own services and incredibly mean. This is not my usual post office but I visited because I was in the area, and regret it mightily. Nitt and Gina refused to help me and mail my letter, even going so far as to raise their voices and yelling "go somewhere else!" in front of my family. Never has a postal employee been so mean to me, let alone two people at once. My business depends on the daily service the post office provides, and if this was the only post office available, I would go out of business."

"Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. It is inside the Janss open-air Mall, near the theaters, but not quite. It was quite an effort to find the place. If you're a local, and you frequent this mall, not a problem. Update: Pic posted. Looking forward, straight ahead are the theaters. "Hard to find the first time because it's in the mall but it's by far the friendliest most efficient past office I've ever been to. And it's the first post office I didn't have a line to wait in there was only one person in front and it went fast."
