"This is the first time I’m writing a cautionary review (but there have been plenty of situations with many useless companies that warranted it… Spectrum for instance). In this case, I bought an insulated garage door and opener. After a few weeks it stopped working. The repair people came and verified it doesn’t work. They filed some paperwork, I had to sign a few things, they said I’d hear from someone, and that’s it… they left. What should have happened is that if they determine the opener is not working they should have had authorization to fix it on the spot. So how long is it going to take and how many more days am I going to have to give up. I’ve already sacrificed enough of my time on this and calling to get answers isn’t a reasonable option because it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. If you pay for something it should work, and if it doesn’t then it should be remedied immediately (or refund your money). This is a joke!"

"Knowledgeable staff. Love their garden section. I think it is better than most other Home Depot’s I’ve been to. Bev in appliances is the best! She always goes out of her way to help everyone."
