"Extremely unhappy with this company. It took me sometime to decide to write this post. Really was expecting for the company to take full account for breaching the contract. The limousine party bus was an embarrassing, poorly maintained and an eyesore. It was just unprofessional to even consider to allow that to leave the yard for a customer's event. Unpleasant experienced! So I booked a 35 passenger black limo bus for my husband's surprise birthday in June 2023 through Mr. Stringfellow. Who in my opinion at the time was an upstanding professional. We communicated via texting and phone calls ensuring that everything would work out as planned. Received an email a week prior to the event and then a courtesy call the day before from a female representative. However, the day of the event, I received a call from the driver stating that he is at the gas station awaiting to arrive. I gave him my directions when to arrive as well as where to park. What wasn't stated was that I did not get what I paid for!!!!! $2706.00 for a dirty white limo bus with water damaged floorboards, holes in the seats and the emergency hatch was rigged with electrical tape of some sort. Immediately called Stringfellow and his response was that they had someone new in operations and that he would refund me $250.00 and 5hrs of car service. What an insult! Filed a complaint with BBB. The next offer was 350.00. Unacceptable!!! So to make a long story short, I filed a small claims case against LuxPro and Stringfellow. The judgement was fully awarded to me and thus far Mr. Stringfellow has not adhered to the court's ruling. Not a credible individual. How could he think that this is acceptable. “Well God don’t like ugly!”Mr. Stringfellow, you will have to live with your wrong doings to those who work hard for a living. Pictures of the limousine bus are posted on my Yelp review. Reply to response from LuxPro LLC and Stringfellow. Please reframe from passing the blame to your affiliates and making excuses. Point being is when there’s a business agreement and for any reason that agreement can’t be fulfilled, that business still has an obligation. Someone should have contacted me via phone or email in a timely manner. This did not take place! However, what did transpire was an email received a week prior followed by a call three days prior to my event and a call 15 minutes prior to my event. Not once was it communicated that “LuxPro LLC will have to outsource and it is a possibility that the selected transportation agreed upon may not be available ect .” I paid $2706.00 and the judgement is exactly what I paid to LuxPro LLC. Nothing more or less. There are no excuses and it was truly unacceptable what had transpired. Stringfellow, with respect I asked that you please communicate via email or certified mail to make arrangements as to when LuxPro LLC will pay the court order judgement to me."
