"Paying $200 just for dispatching seems expensive. The shipping company seems randomly assigned and therfore the quality of service is unpredictable. This company's job is just to let you know that your car is dispatched. They then take $200 out of your pocket. + I used your service at NY. No one answered email, the shipping company assigned was unprofessional - I was contacted at night right before the estimated pick up date. The pick up time was changed a few times so I, your customer, was worried if my car would be picked up. When I received my car, I saw dust and debris in my car and I don't understand why the gas had decreased more than expected. Did anybody drive my car? Also the driver's phone number indicated in the dispatch email was wrong and bookez dispatcher says I need to call the company. I chose this company because I saw some positive reviews even though I was contacted by an individual shppper who suggested a better deal. I cannot not understand if you guys really do your job which is $200 worth. + it is unprofessional that the owner says i am posting this based not on actual experience. If I were the owner, I would have investigate this case to learn more about the situation to find out a better way to serve the customers, not just saying the company is the best and you are wrong. I would never recommend this company to anyone"

"My car was transported across the country and conveniently arrived at my place at 1AM in the morning with 2 flat tires and one with a gash. All of the sudden it's no one is in charge and knows what happened to my tires. No one is in charge and there are multiple companies involved. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company from pickup to delivery. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any company. I had to go through several avenues to find their insurance Sentry Insurance, for anyone who needs it! In response to reply: I'm happy to post our entire text chain showing how apologetic you were that this occurred and trying to get me reimbursed for the tires. Also its common knowledge that MB has round flat tires, they don't flatten immediately and certainly when the car is delivered conveniently at 1am in the morning, any damages would not immediately be noticeable."
