"I have lived here for over a year now. I honestly have no complaints. Yeah, maybe I wish the parking spots weren't so close or that I could have more than two guests at the pool with me but come on now. Give and take. I have always had great interactions with the office staff. It is quiet. My neighbors who I have interacted with are extremely kind. I'm not quite sure why so many people complain about their cars being towed? I have not once had that issue. I do park in my correct spot every day and make sure I follow the guest parking policy...maybe that is why?! When someone parked in my spot I let the office know and they let me park in an empty spot for the night. It was not a big deal. When my garbage disposal wasn't working, maintenance fixed it the same day while I was work. Even when my lights bulbs went out in the bathroom maintenance helped with that too! Overall, it has been great so far!"

"HORRIBLE! This is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. The building manager, Tera, is rude and unhelpful (the definition of a Karen, even down to the haircut). She looks down on the tenants and thinks she is superior. They offer amenities which can not be used all day and in the game room, all the game supplies are broken. They WILL get your car towed at every chance they get and even when you pay for your parking spot, they will tow your car out of your own spot. They will charge you for anything they can. Do not waste your money on this apartment building because I guarantee you will regret it. They have also had their share of violence and car thefts according to a police officer in the area, which is concerning. From reading the rest of the reviews, others also had similar experiences which shows just how much they don’t care about their tenants. Save yourself the headache and find a different building to live in. UPDATE: had an interaction with the office (Tera) and they were not willing to compensate or make this issue right. They are only interested in collecting money and do not care by what means they do so. They did not make any effort in fixing this problem for the future and they did not take into consideration my requests or suggestions. Horrible customer service."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. This place has been the worst experience my wife and I have had. Only 7 months into our lease and we’re regretting it already. We pay for a parking spot in the garage and just randomly they have towed our CAR FROM THE SPOT WE PAY because the registration documents got denied and we were not notified of this whatsoever and management doesn’t even care to help even though it’s there fault for not notifying us. Please anyone if you’re reading this STAY AWAY from Mayfair Reserve. The management here (especially Tera) is ridiculous and unhelpful. I wish we would’ve read these reviews ahead of time before signing a lease here."

"I have lived here for almost a year and don't have many cons. Maintenance is quick, the building is cleaned everyday, pet friendly, and when I reached out about a noise complaint, it was addressed quickly. The only couple of things I don't like so far is the parking arrangement (tight space on turns, spot isn't conveniently located near my unit) and the garbage chute is far depending where your unit is located. Staff is very helpful and friendly."

"6+ month resident. Dirtiest building I have ever lived in. Vehicle towed although I pay for parking. Property management illegally unlocked my apartment door without my consent. Katrina (management) is dull, monotone, and is not excited to meet you. The place is extremely small for such a steep price. Appliances are used and not modern. The hallways smell like urine and feces; stairwells even worse. Complaint resolution is watered down and most of the time laughed about behind closed doors. Property management loves to partner with the most unethical towing company in the state, Abyss Towing, and frequently tows vehicles that tenants have rightfully paid monthly parking spots for. Many of the residents I met are professionals in healthcare, finance, engineering, and IT. Not one of them would recommend signing a lease here, including myself. I have a 'preferred employer' and took advantage of a move-in special that wasn't special at all."
