"Was disappointed as I scheduled a tour that was cancelled by email 2 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I did not check my email during that 2 hour window. A phone call would have been appreciated. The website was not useful in determining availability - it was inaccurate but yet I was asked to determine what I wanted by using the website Availability links. I am not impressed."

"Have been living here four years and have seen how little the management cares about their tenants. It’s all about the dollar with them, when giving them notice of my plan to buy a home six months ago, they denied my request for a month to month lease only to turn around and offer an eight month lease. I accepted, in fear of having to move and find a new place to stay with my family while home searching. At the seventh month they hound me and pressure me into signing another lease or risk having to find another place to stay even though I still have two months left in my lease and time to find a home. After finding and getting an offer accepted on my home in the eighth month, I let them know and ask them to break my lease which hasn’t technically started yet. Instead I’m met with demands and told I am legally responsible and unless I can afford to pay a mortgage and rent at underwood I should push my closing date back. Which, if you have ever bought a home before you know is next to impossible. So now they are not being accommodating as well as rude, asking me to pass up a milestone in my family’s life in order to satisfy their greed. Just ridiculous. If you are looking for a place to call home that treats you like more than an apartment number, keep looking you won’t get that here!"

"The place smells of bologna and smoke. Management is MIA and will assist only at their convenience. Appliances are super old therefore it costs ALOT every month to heat and cool the place. Not worth the money at all, there are hundreds of better places around here. Don’t make the mistake of living at this dump."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is dishonest. They withhold $150 from every security deposit. They provided trash rooms for 2 months then removed them. If you enjoy passive-aggressive notes throughout your complex, this place may be for you. Maintenance is not prompt (5-6 day wait). They will show your apartment without notice. The train is very loud and rattles the windows. Do not believe them when they say that it's not too bad. I would recommend checking out some apartments in Brookfield instead. It might add 5 minutes to your commute, but it will be a very small price to pay."

"Convenient to airport, shopping, dinning. Directly adjacent to bike trails. Very well maintained with a nice mix of people. Quiet neighborhood. The trains go by a couple of times at night, but I quickly became accustomed to them and no longer hear them."
