"We lived here for more than a year. It used to be a great place to live, but the new management (New Earth Residential aka UVResidential) ran down the place. The hostile management combined with unmanaged cleanliness, noise, maintenance and drug use issues forced many old tenants out, including us."

"Unfortunately, all of the terrible reviews are 100% accurate. My roommate and I have been living here for over a year, and unfortunately, the minute UV Residential took over, the place went downhill. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were new and had some things to figure out, but it only worsened. We are paying for "luxury apartments," but I think my college apartments were better than this. For the past four months, we have been unable to pay our rent on the first of the month due to the portal no longer allowing residents to split rent, so now, every month, we have to go and get a new link to pay rent. We have been expressing our concerns for four months and get told the same responses: "It's not on our end, and we are working on it," or "You can guess how much rent and utilities will cost and pay before the first of the month and then pay again if you're short money". Honestly, it's ridiculous. What 'luxury apartment' has you guess your rent or won't let you split the rent? We have always been able to do so, but not anymore, and based on the responses we got, it will take time to get fixed if at all. The next issue is that when you call the building, nobody picks up, and they don't have any voicemails set up. How do you expect to run a company without picking up calls or having residents or future residents leave messages? The communication between residents and management sucks. Nobody can get a response back unless you go to the office and hope that someone is there and can help you. We are paying a pretty penny to be living here. These complaints are just the tip of the iceberg but feel are the most important that future residents should consider when looking here. Unfortunately, as much as we love our apartment, we will have to look elsewhere to live because we feel so beyond unheard and are so dissatisfied with UV Residential. We used to tell our friends to come and live here, and now ask them to get as far away from UV Residential properties as possible. We are confident that most residents feel the same way as us because every time you meet someone, they express the same concern and say they are leaving as well. It is truly sad that UV Residential will be bringing down their own property."

"Edit response to owner: That's nice but you'll have to ignore the current market place as it's insane, which is why apartments are having trouble getting any tenants. I know I didn't even bother to move into your apartments or any other at the outrageous rent amounts and security deposits you're asking for. Going with the pack will just put you out of business. Original review: Great tour and beautiful places and features, no complaints, but please please please please make your apartments more affordable. The current rate of apartments is insane. Like insane asylum prices."
