"We loved living here. It was a special place. We had a top floor corner apartment with great windows and views. I loved seeing the thunderstorms roll by and snow fall in the winter. We made friends with other families in the building. The patio and lobby shared space were very nice. I also loved being able to run or walk to the Village Park in Elm Grove. The manager, Karin, was always helpful, kind and accessible (even at 5 am when the garage door was broken and my husband had to get to work at the hospital, she came to the rescue)! Even since we have left she has helped deal with lost mail and packages that were sent to our old address. Thank you, Karin!"

"I have tried to contact this apartment complex for about a month. Calling multiple times, leaving a voicemail message and filling out their online contact request. I had applied for an apartment and never got a response as well. I would recommend calling them and making sure they will be responsive before applying for an apartment, otherwise you're out the fee. We personally spent $50 to apply for an apartment and were never given a response. This would have been understandable if the apartment we had applied for was made unavailable, but should have been informed of this."

"I’ve been living here for 5 years. Nice facility. Spacious units. Friendly neighbors. Management difficult to get a hold of, but flexible and able to work with you. Walls are also thin so you do hear a lot of your neighbors"

"My family and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment here for several months in 2017 during a home remodel project. Residents seem to be primarily medical students/professionals working at the medical center or international families prior to finding a home. The construction is new so sound is dampened, which was good since our kids were not always quiet. Our apartment had less than 1/2 the square footage of our home but it was very well designed such that we never felt cramped. We lived under someone that stomped instead of walked, which was probably my only real concern. Management hosted a couple of nice parties for residents while residents hosted Margarita Mondays to drive community engagement. We never felt unsafe, which was at the top of my list of criteria. This is a nice new apartment complex with a great team managing it in a very convenient location. Thanks to Karen, Rose, and the others that made this a great and easy living experience. We're glad to be home but recognize we hit a home run finding this place."
