"Wilshire is a great apartment complex! My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 months ago. Our apartment was cleaned and looked brand new. Mindy the property manager has been so helpful with minor repairs. Wilshire is also in a great location with many restaurants, shopping, and fun activities! We absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking to move in the area."

"I've lived at Wilshire Manor for almost two years now, in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit. Both units were very clean when I moved in and had no issues with any appliances or damage to anything. The units are spacious and are great value for the price compared to other places in the area. Parking is very convenient, as you are guaranteed an outdoor parking spot and have a chance to get a garage spot. It's also been great to have laundry just down the hall or in my unit (2 bedroom). I haven't had any issues with excessive noise or annoying neighbors since being here. Another major plus is that the property manager (who lives on site) does a great job of keeping the place clean and updated. She also is very good at communicating to all the tenants when something is being repaired and she is almost always available in the event someone needs to talk to her/text her for something. Overall the place is high quality and the best place I've rented so far!"

"I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved my experience! The building has a great location close to the heart of Tosa Village and the Milwaukee regional medical center. The apartment was spacious, well-lit with natural light, and quiet. Common areas like hallways and laundry rooms were clean and the building’s safety features helped me feel more secure. The underground parking garage was very ideal when it came to inclement weather. Management present on site and really made accessible, and all maintenance requests were addressed within 24-48 hours max. The facility is continually being updated, as in my time at the apartment my unit received new cabinets and a new AC unit. Overall, a very pleasant place to live in a good location."

"My husband and I lived here for a year and a half and decided to move out due to us moving across the country. We were very happy with our one bedroom apartment here. They have a nice open floor plan and a great size bedroom. The location was our favorite part. Compared to other apartments in the area the price is significantly lower but they're still very nice apartments. We were able to walk to the farmers market and restaurants down in the village easily. While we were here we had our fridge break and we had a new one within a day or two. Management is very responsive to any issues we have. We never had any issues with noisy neighbors and everyone was nice that we met. Would definitely recommend."
