Mayfair Manor Apartments

"Back in the 80's I lived over here at Mayfair Manor. When I got married we got a house in Tosa. I decided to move back here with my young son in 2005. The staff is always helpful, and friendly. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issue, and I can always just walk in the office if I need Anything. The area is super safe, and the schools are excelent, and within walking distance."

"Everyone is very nice here...office girls are awesome an very helpful...anytime I called for something to be fixed it was next day...sucks only 1 washer 1 dryer an parking is poopy.. lawn is always nice . Walls are thin for sure...overall it's a nice place to stay"

"I love living here Cons: Parking!!! Parking is awful. Need bigger lots, No guest parking. Only one washer/dryer per building. Thin walls. Pros: Dishwasher. Hardwood floors. Central air. Super close to freeway but not too noisy"

"I will post a 5 star because I really do like my neighborhood. I feel safe! Some things I would change would be is to have at least 2-3 washers and dryers per complex instead of 1 washer and dryer for 8 apartments per complex to share, a playground & half basketball court for the kids near the leasing office where there is a parking lot at,updated appliances (kitchen), bigger parking lot ... I mean I've been here a year renewed my lease recently and what I've heard the rent goes up because of the taxes so if that's the case, I feel us, as tenants should get a little more. Maybe they will read this and put it in consideration."

"No snow removal contractors so bring your own shovel. Maintenance is okay but never leaves notice in your apartment when there done with fixing a problem so that feels very unprofessional. Neighbors are loud and you can hear them having fun time like its in your own room. The office lady is nice but never returns phone calls when you leave a message. Positives, shopping,schools and neighborhood are safe for now. Negatives rent is to high and nothing gets done to make tenants feel important. Upper management don't care about tenants."
