"Better off renting somewhere else, save yourself the headache, rent amount is ridiculous for the little bit you get... It may be a smoke-free apt complex now but there's still nicotine stuck to the walls, whenever I'd use a towel after a shower, it smelled like a shorted cigarette, & that occurred til I scrubbed the wall thoroughly. "Everything Included" except electric, & guess what just happens to be electric, the Heat... All the windows are original to the building & are very drafty, hope you're not allergic to wasps, as they do get into your apt, yes the garage stalls are decently big, but whether you have a manual door or electric, you're still paying the same amount for it. Hope you drive a 4x4/AWD vehicle, otherwise have fun calling into work because the snow removal company doesn't show up til 1pm the next day, so the hill for the back parking lot is slippery af..."

"I don’t even want to give it one star but I have to to leave a review. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The landlord is greedy, rude and does not fix ANYTHING when brought up. Also, if you don’t mind living with rat infestations. Landlords just walking into your home with no notice. Or having the lingering smell of nicotine and trash in your home even when your house is spotless then yes this is the place for you. The rent amount is outrageous for what you get. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m looking to run out of here as soon as humanly possible."

"I talked to an incredibly rude woman on the phone. They heard I have an emotional support/service animal, and from there in she was incredibly rude. Don't look here if you need an emotional support/service animal. I am on Disability which we talked about. Look elsewhere!"

"Zero security, arbitrary rent increases when no improvements were made to the unit, and landlord feels 24 hour notice is unnecessary. We’ve had the landlord and land manager just walk right in to our apartment multiple times with no notice given. The most notice we ever got was 30 minutes before they walked in. The way they’ve treated us and our privacy since we posted move-out notice has been unacceptable."
