Norma the manager I had was more then helpful and will go out of her way to help. Not once did I have to leave a message as she was always available."

"I remember My first time laying eyes on this place I was in Awe of the beauty of the area the goodness of the apartments and how cheep they were I thought it was too good to be true.... AND OH MAN WAS I RIGHT!!! WORST apartments I EVER lived in I would not recommend any one ever move into these horrible apartments. One they didn't pay for water which is fine since it is rather cheep, but everything else is just awful. There must be something wrong with the wiring in the buildings because I have owned a house once and Ive always had an electric bill that was a good $100 cheaper then I always got here. The land lord takes care of almost nothing Ive had things that were broken when I moved in and she said that she would take care of them right away... Lets just say I lived there for one full year and moved out the day my lease went up and the day I did that the things that were broken... WERE STILL BROKEN!!! And Dwyer Property Managers tried to take all of that stuff out of my security deposit along with other Normal Ware And Tare fixes which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. Long story short if you move here you will be making quite possibly the worst choice of your life."
