Barton School Apartments

"These are beautiful apartments with exceptional. There are 22 apartments in the renovated Barton Elementary School plus 3 new condos with garages. On sight maintenance are exceptional as well. I am truly happy living here and look forward to many, many years at Barton School Apartments. Although I love my Appartment there is an issue with retaining a manager offen the Barton School manager is expected to manage 2 facilities that the corporation owns here in West Bend. I also suggest the corp revamps the landscaping, fix the handicap doors to work better and fix the blinking on the lower level."

"Absolutely horrible management never in the office maintenance is nonexistent and they still want $1000 a month some of the tenants have already gotten five day vixen notice is because she’s never in the office to make to get a payment for the specific renters and then of course the corporate office never calls the renters that are calling them to complain about the property manager it’s a mess I recommend you don’t move here. The cabinets in the apartment are extremely fragile because they’re so cheap the countertops or group are nice because they’re new but there for Mika so after about three months of living here is there gonna peel away over by your stove and buy your refrigerator Florence Netflix well together so if you attend my before alike it’ll start to bubble I guarantee you in about two years the inside of these are gonna be horrific"
