"Lived there for 7 years also did snow removal at city view for 2 years. The new manager Jennifer is one of the nastiest people I have ever came across rude, disrespectful, and just mean looks down on low income families. Nothing gets fixed kids unsupervised all day and night kids stealing everything or breaking everyone's stuff cars getting scratched and dented garbage flying everywhere. "Horrible! Applied at this place from out of state. I had to do all the communicating. Heidi NEVER returned ONE phone call. She kept losing the paperwork. I finally arrived to Wisconsin to complete the final application process was declined stating I made over 40,000 a year. I am not sure how they came to that conclusion but it’s incorrect. No one called and told me I was declined. I emailed, and left voice messages for Heidi with no response. I finally decided to call the corporate office and spoke to Becky who nonchalantly told me I was declined and that my deposit was sent to the wrong address in a whole different state. No apologies for the miscommunication or for sending it to the wrong place. She said the deposit was sent out on Oct 1. It’s October 11th still no deposit. All of this could have been eliminated if communication with applicants were a priority but clearly it isn’t. Don’t even waste your time with this."

"Great apartments! Located back far enough of any main roads. The only problem is, like anywhere else...crime & drugs. Otherwise, the descent people are kind & friendly. The rent isn't bad either. I'd recommend checking them out for yourself."
