"I live here now due to its what I can afford and I would advise people not to move here unless they want to do their own repairs. The manager doesn't do much and when he does he is out taking pictures of things. I have cracks forming on my ceiling and walls. Handing in a work order in will not mean anything would be looked at. Trying to work out any payment arrangement with the manager also won't be addressed. Also the dumpster area can be hard to get to due to mattresses, old tires, etc just laying out behind them. There is no numbered parking and has vehicles that haven't moved since I moved in taking up spots. Update on on this review..... New management doesn't do much and is not straight forward with you as a tenets. Please look elsewhere"

"For the most part I would say service is good. When I first looked at an apartment they showed me one in the other building, the one that has washer and dryer....both buildings have the same setup so I thought when I realized we got an apt in the other building there was a washer and dryer there too. No, only in one which isn't a big deal except I have requested service in the dryers several times as it takes several trys to get load dry. I'm wasting so much money on running it several times. I have fibromyalgia so lugging laundry back and forth, up and down stairs, in bad weather...is literally a pain. I worry about slipping in winter. They have the space to add one in our building but havent. I've been looking for other places that accept pets and has the washer dryer unit in apartments."

"If I could give this negative stars I would. I absolutely not recommend living here at all. Me and my boyfriend moved in almost 4 months ago and we have dealt with feces coming out of our shower drain. We can’t even shower in our own apartment. We can’t get ahold of Marc the realtor to fix this problem he just ignores us and doesn’t care. Maintenance also doesn’t care they came looked at our shower almost 4 times now and said yeah this happens in a lot of apartments we can’t do anything about it. We now are getting a hold of the health department and making sure these people give us our rent back because these apartments aren’t even live able would not recommend to anyone. Go pay a couple hundred more for a better apartment with way fewer issues"

"I give 3 stars for my apt unit itself. It's remodled, no visible mold and decent besides all the broken drawers; walls and floors are pretty thin though. There is no storage units as they advertise. The basement (so called storage units) is disgusting and a wreck. Ok place to live, As long as you don't have to deal with management. Management I give a 1 star. They hardly respond and very difficult to get a hold of. They don't seem to ever care. It's sad. Do better for your tenants."
