"First room I checked in to had the latch lock completely missing from the door. So anyone with a keycard can just open my door at night while I sleep? No thanks. Switched to another room that had a lock, but then realized I got placed next to the noisiest and most inconsiderate family. The longer into my stay I got, the worse it got. There were kids running all up and down the halls, screaming, crying, and slamming doors. It didn’t help that I was in town for a funeral and needed to wake up early, but hardly got any sleep due to people roaming the halls past 12 am and then kids jumping around at 6 am. Just unbelievable the amount of noise going on here, and I know talking to the front desk is useless as it is literally everyone staying here and not just a single individual. Definitely won’t be back, I’ll just sleep in the car."

"Stayed here on a business trip with my gf. Rooms are very clean with many amenities. Breakfast was top notch. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. Vicinity is very safe and has ample parking. Only downside was pool and hot tub were out of order."

"Room was clean and comfortable. The location was tucked under the highway exit with a view of the local movie theater. The pool was inoperative due to water heater problems. I wish we had a guide to room amenities since we found the fridge and microwave too late to use it. All the local restaurants were either closed or closed by 2 pm on Thanksgiving so we could have gotten meals to microwave instead of cold sandwiches."

"Just say NO!!!!! Although the rooms are good, the rest, not so much!!! We were on the 3rd floor, and it was pretty obvious that either the owners or managers LIVE on the 3rd floor. The smell of Indian food through the hallways was overwhelming, meaning they were cooking in their room(s). Between that and having numerous Indian men outside their rooms after 11pm TALKING, they lived there. THEN, after staying there for 3 days, on the night prior to having to drive 15 hrs the next day, the small Indian young lady at the front desk CALLS US at 11PM to tell us we needed to come downstairs and sign a waiver that didn't get signed at check in!!!!!!!!!! We were checking out in the morning, and this waiver was simply the hotel rules. REALLY??????? Didn't get back to sleep for 3 hours. Needless to say our 15 hr drive after so little sleep was a nightmare. We called and spoke to the Manager who would NOT give us the name of the hotel owner. He finally said he would send us a giftcard for our our trouble. Well, this is a couple weeks later and we DID NOT get a gift card. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again."

"Very clean rooms, the staff was nice, breakfast gave a lot to choose from, hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. We stayed in a handicap accessible room that was very well set up. Roll in shower and they had a shower chair provided. Very nice overall stay. Only complaint was that our king bed was VERY firm, a little too firm."
