"Best apartment experience I've had. The units are incredibly clean, the gym has all the weights I use, well maintained pool, the surroundings are tranquil and quiet and the apartment manager is very accommodating and helpful. Honestly a bit sad that I'm leaving!"

"2-year resident and counting. I am totally at peace here. No more loud, rude neighbors! (at least not where my unit is). Nestled in quiet suburbia, it doesn't get any more convenient than this. Aldi, Brennan's Market, Target, the belt line – all practically just over the hill. I feel safe, my apartment is very new and clean. The pool is wonderful (and heated!) and never over-crowded, surprisingly. Management is respectful and kind, maintenance is super speedy and professional. There is a nice workout room and even a separate yoga/dance studio. There is also a large common area room you can reserve for free when you have gatherings. Also, look into their studio units!! They are NOT your run-of-the-mill studio layout. Mine practically feels like a one bedroom. They have these partial built-in walls that almost completely surround the bedroom space. I highly recommend. My only complaints: the shower heads leave a lot to be desired...buy your own replacement head. Also, they overdo it with the scented plugins. It's pretty overpowering when you're walking through the halls. To their defense, though, when the plug-in "juice" runs low, I notice that there is occasionally a pretty gross smell in the halls...not like cooking or weed or anything like that.. I have wondered many times whether there might be some plumbing issue that causes the halls to smell bad, especially since the buildings look very new. But! It's not bad enough that I wouldn't renew. As for sound proofing, what can I say? Yes, you will hear your upstairs neighbors, and yes it will sometimes sound like they're dropping weights, but I don't think you can escape that. I never hear blasting bass or music and that's what is important to me. Thank you, Apoo and team, for all that you do to make this a wonderful spot to live."

"Had a lovely experience here. The property manager was friendly and willing to help out at every end, and when a repair needed to be done, it was in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are very spacious and well-maintained. I would highly recommend."

"My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and have absolutely loved it! We lived in another TR McKenzie apartment for 3 years prior to Ten35 and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a quiet and secluded apartment. Being on the first floor, our upstairs neighbors are pretty loud throughout the day, which has made working from home a little difficult, but that's one of the consequences to apartment living and during a pandemic. Otherwise, it's pet friendly and have never had an issue with other dogs and there are lots of neighborhoods parks to go for walks. Very family friendly and always feel safe at any time of the day."

The entire staff (office, maintenance, etc.) are outstanding. They are professional, kind, prompt and efficient.
