"Our stay at Siena Ridge was great. The property is maintained in pristine condition. If a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly in a professional manner. The apartment manager is “the best” manager. She stays on top of everything to make this a great place to live."

"Just moved out of Siena Ridge Apartments after 2+ years. It is a smaller quiet apartment complex (also has some townhouses) in a nice neighborhood near a city park, close to Epic, close to Reddan Soccer Park. Hayley, the property manager, is great to work with and as others have said gets to know you as a resident. Apartments are well maintained, underground parking stall and storage closet in garage included with most units. Also a great place for guests to visit you as you can almost always get a parking spot in the exterior parking and don’t need a parking pass to do so. Also it is a very pet friendly complex, always see dogs coming and going and even occasionally spot a kitty sunbathing by the patio windows. As far as apartments go I really liked it, only moved out because I had a new house built nearby but I’ll definitely miss some of the benefits of apartment living (pool, snow removal, mowing, maintenance of mechanicals, etc.). "My daughters and i lived here for 2 years. Nothing but good things to say about the Siena Ridge property. Great location and helpful and friendly management. Property is clean and well maintained and the neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The pool is great for the kids and rarely if ever is it crowded. We lived in a Townhome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one. Nice thick walls and floors. Great experience for my family....it was sad to leave, but we out grew the space."
