"I hate to write reviews like this, and would chose no stars if I could. I lived in the top floor of the apartment complex for 1.5 years and when I went to move out, found my underground storage unit had water damage in it. Totes filled with water, mattress double covered, etc. I had no time to do much because it was the weekend, no management available and I hired movers and couldn’t stop the move to allow them the opportunity to check out the storage unit. I filed a claim and they are not taking responsibility for it and making it a huge headache. My boyfriend and I took what photos we could and I have many items damaged and destroyed. Many personal items that can’t be replaced and other items covered with black mold from the water damage and other residents say their storage units smell of mildew as well. I provided Grand arbor reserve and forward management the opportunity to do the right thing and they have chosen not to. I highly recommend checking out any other apartment complex in the area; I lived at a couple other very nice apartments near grand arbor reserve and never had such an experience. Following up on the response, I have renters insurance and they will not allow the claim to go through because it was caused by the apartment complex; which they’ve called and spoke to the property manager. The reason this is not getting taken care of is due to Forward Management. I have always carried insurance and always will. Hoping you will all do the right thing."

"Absolutely loved being by open pastures. Doggie friendly, has a small dog park. Going to miss living here. Only could ask for the property management not to snow-blow so early or late in the day or not use pesticides. If I’m ever living on this side of Wisconsin again I would come back here"

"Document everything on move in. They made up stuff after I moved out . I couldn't do anything about it. They will raise your rent to the max every year. Greedy company!"

"Spacious and unique with great amenities; gas stove, pet friendly, and optional cathedral ceilings. The only problem is that it's in the middle of nowhere and if you want to walk or bike anywhere you're limited to busy traffic filled roads."

"I have had no problems during my stay at Grand Arbor Reserve. Management has always been responsive and eager to answer any questions that I have. The property is well-maintained--even in the cold, the sidewalks and walkways are frequently cleared of ice or snow. The dog park has been huge fun for my dog and he's going to miss playing with all the other dogs!"
