EDIT: I've since moved out and my appreciation for this place has only grown. I was returned my deposit and half a month of prorated rent. In addition, when I showed that my return had been miscalculated, they quickly sent another check to fix this mistake."

"The apartments are new and exceptionally maintained there is a great gym outdoor grill and pets are allowed the agents and particularly Tammy is outstanding They made the move in from another state so so easy . Underground parking and storage is amazing especially in the winter and they keep the sidewalks very clean in winter With outstanding appliances all full size these apartments are a cut above everybody else I looked at I was so lucky to find this complex and would highly recommend to anyone relocating It is also close to shopping and the belt line with connections to major cities 10/10 to my apartment and forward management I will be sad to leave ! "My husband and I are new residents - having just moved from Chicago. In our opinion, this complex is superb - among the best of our several homes and condos in three different states. First of all, there are no ambient sounds or smells from other units - even those with animals. The kitchen facilities in particular are outstanding, with ample cabinet space and gas appliances to satisfy people like me who love to cook. The rooms are airy, spacious and filled with light; able to accommodate the furnishings of a larger house or condo. And the workout facility is great - with the latest Precor equipment and cable. Finally, and equally important, management is responsive to both email and site messages. This is apartment living at its best!"

When there were minor construction delays to the move-in date the property manager Tami was on top of lining up movers and hotels to make sure that I was covered. This is my second time renting an apartment with FMI and the positive experience has been consistent. Far easier to deal with than other landlords in Madison. Would definitely recommend this, or buildings that they manage."
