"If there is less than a star I would put it. First of all, they have -10000 customer service and don't know that respect exists. Second, they made me pay the application fee with no refund of course, and wanted me to sign the lease and pay the security deposit without seeing the unit come on man we are in America we aren't fools. The only thing that I regret is my time on text messages spent for nothing with you."

"Lived here for a year. Price increase each year is very reasonable compared to other apartments. Minor issues tended to be resolved quickly by staff. Got my full deposit back when I left."

"This is such a great place to live. Everyone is very respectful of there own homes. Management is so very nice and if you have to put in a work order for something that breaks in the apt Maintenance response in a day. I live on the lower level and have a decent porch. I would highly recommend this place."

"Does not bother to get back to you. Representative had said there was an available unit and we asked to tour place. Multiple attempts to set up times and representative asked questions which was promptly replied, and we requested for a tour. No reply even after 2 days! Needless to say, we went with a more efficient company!!"
