"Everything was great until Cindy the owner called me when I was slightly late to drop off the boat. I explained and did my best to get the boat back on time, however she lectured me over the phone and then again when we docked. She then lectured my entire group of people who were in the boat with me. I was very compliant, agreed to pay the fee and apologized continuously explaining I understand my error and didn’t mean to cause the stress. Despite that, I was still being told by Cindy that I was rude and disrespectful. It was my first and last time renting from her. The language in the contract I received to rent the pontoon said that the late fee was $50.00, however I was charged 75 dollars for being late and was told by the owner that she was “being generous only charging me that much as a late fee”. The high school kids that worked for her were very kind and apologized on the owners behalf for their boss Cindy."

"Great place to rent a boat if you're in the area. My girlfriend and I rented the 23' Sea Ray for the day and had a blast. The daily rate was reasonable (especially since we would have probably just wasted that money at the casino we were staying at), Cindy was very nice, gave us some recommendations on where to go, some river etiquette, boat operation instructions, and we were on our way. We ended up going through almost 40 gallons of gas during the 8 hours as the Sea Ray definitely has some power behind it and there's a lot of water available to explore. We cruised around for a few hours before finding a nice quiet spot on Lake Pepin to anchor, sun bathe, listen to some music, and relax. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely rent again if we return to the area."

"Fantastic little marina. Wide docks with lots of patio seating. Very friendly Cindy to greet you. We came in late and she put us in the gas dock. Walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants in historic Redwing."
