"The Los Angeles Metro system has many stations for its citizens daily commute. The Thousand Oaks station is one of the best. Featuring clean, roomy, bathrooms. A indoor lounge complete with vending machines for that hungry traveler in all of us."

"Nice clean place to transition on your public transportation routes, extremely friendly staff. The only negative about this location is sometimes Ventura County sheriff's show up inadvertently and start harassing people who appear to be homeless, although they are simply ttransfering buses just as everybody else."

"As far as transit centers go, this one is top-notch. It has been clean every time I've been there. They always have some one on staff to give information and answer questions, and a (clean) restroom that is open even in these restricted times. They even have a bin for recycling used batteries. The view's not too shabby either. And it's QUIET. A+."

"The facility is clean and improvements seem to be made on a regular basis. I loved that the pricing was posted and the route information is available via pamphlets. The staff did not provide accurate information about the passes however. I was lucky enough to have a gentleman that overheard the misinformation provided approach me after and give me the correct info. While the staff was not rude, her general attitude when deliver the service was subpar."
