"Just wanted to do a review to let anyone that might be thinking of renting or living here, they allow people who do not live here to hang around and break into apartments, no video or people who work here watching out for the ones who live here!!!! Cars and apartments both have been robbed here"

"If it wasnt cheap I wouldnt live here for a year if I was getting paid. Tina is overworked and mediocre at her job at best. Maintenance has been rude and unhelpful since day 1, I've had my and my friend's cars towed 3 different times, all 3times where the fault of poor management or just being blind"

"I lived here for only 1 year. Very quiet, management was great and so was Maintence...Keith always responded promptly with any requests! I just moved on to a place with more amenities and A little more updated. If you’re looking for something a little lower priced this is great!"

"If you need cheap, it works. Management changes quite often over the near 2 decades I lived there. Current management is not the most polite. Not saying they're awful, just could be nicer with their choice of words when speaking to you. Main reason for lower score is management. Contrary to other reviews, I experienced very slow repairs. Some never got fixed years after they happened and were properly reported. Happens when management changes a lot on you I guess. The way I could consider this a 5 star is if you desire cheap living with minimal to no amenities, and with the options of cat only as pets. If you can fix your own stuff, pay rent on time, and like the location, it will be wonderful for you. Just wasn't for me."

"Lived here for a year and everything was fine. Very quiet, clean, nice neighbors, maintenance was quick. I just upgraded to something a little nicer. Canary doesn't have dishwashers, balconies or any amenities, but if you need something cheap and comfortable it's a perfect choice."
