"It was very quiet and peaceful living here for 2 years. A lot of people say they hated their first apartment but I personally had the best first apartment because of The Markham. I had no big issues with maintenance or management. They were all very kind and respectful. I will say that it can be very loud above you but I guess that comes with living on the first floor. The Wi-Fi is amazing here, but there are frequent outages which the apartment can’t really control. Overall though a great apartment to live in!"

The staff helped so much throughout the application process! special shout-out to steph and Melissa because then are two of the most nice and helpful people I’ve ever encountered. Building tenants are all super nice and great. The apartment I moved into was super nice and cleaned before I moved in! Highly recommend this place!"

"We’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s been excellent. Best apartment we’ve ever lived in. Everything is clean and renovated, they have unique amenities (guest hotel room, fitness center, dog park, dog spa), and it comes with FREE fiber optic 100mbps internet. Our rent didn’t increase when we re-signed either, which was especially nice after COVID. Management and maintenance have gone above and beyond, and any minor issues are always fixed to our satisfaction. Honestly my only complaint would be that the laundry and elevators need renovation, but it’s not bothersome enough to subtract a star"
