Maple Ridge Apartments

"Terribly managed with ongoing issues. Building has a lot of crime happening in it and out in the parking lot with cops called often. Homeless people sneaking in and sleeping in the building lobby and or in the garage at night. Other tenants playing loud music in the parking lot at night, especially weekends. Oh yeah, and lots of pot smokers in the building. You’ll smell pot all though the hallways. You’ll also smell pot in your apartment because the smoke comes through the vents of the bathrooms. Sometimes people smoke so much that they set off the fire alarm and everyone has to exit the building, only to find out there was no fire. Very bad experience here. Would not recommend."

"January 2024...We have lived here for a number of years. On site management and maintenance are great. Response is timely. Building is currently being remodeled in the public areas....Great place to live."

"My lease is up in August and we are going to look for somewhere cheaper. This apartment is okay. I don’t really have any negative things to say about it other then the rude ass lady under us who always complains about us making too much noise. If I vacuum she throws a fit. If I walk on the creaks she throws a fit ! Haha, it’s unbelievable. But everyone knows her as a jerk so I don’t take it personally. The managers are friendly. Residents keep to them self’s. If you have a dog please get them preventative care because they WILL get fleas! Oscar (maintenance) is actually one of my favorite person here (: He is so friendly! I will miss him! Well that’s all folks!"

"I made an appointment about 5 days prior to the tour date to view a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Upon entering, the lady in the office was seated and she said hello as if we were a hinderance. I told her that I was here to tour the apartment and that I had an appointment set up for 5:30. She laughed (I’m not kidding you) and told me she couldn’t do that. I stated again that I had an appointment set up, stating my name again, just in case she was confused and thought I was a walk-in. She then said that she couldn’t show me an apartment because residents are supposed to be given a 24-hour notice before they can give tours of the apartments. I said that my appointment had been set up 5-days prior, so they should’ve been notified. She looked very irritated with me, and then asked me to sit down. She then began to argue with me as if I was in the wrong. I told her that I had given both my name and number and that I could’ve been called to cancel the appointment. She began to get very nervous and apologized and said that she could give me a tour of the grounds. I told her that I had no interest in living under such an unprofessional management team and that I was thoroughly unimpressed with Maple Ridge. If you are looking for apartments, I would suggest giving this place a hard pass. I have lived under unprofessional and rude apartment management in the past and will not do it again. If this is how management treats people they are trying to convince to give them money before locking them in a lease, I cannot imagine how poorly they treat their residents."

"Lived at this place for almost a year and I really like it. The apartment obviously is good and Sue is a good manager and the staff is really nice as well. A little pricy but it's worth it."
