"These apartments are an absolute cesspool. Their roach infestation is ridiculous, everything is clogged from the sinks to the toilets, the pipes obviously leak cause there are signs of water damage everywhere. There is a mold problem that they try and just paint over. You absolutely overpay for the ridiculously small amount of square footage. LOOK ELSEWHERE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES LIVES MAY BE IN JEOPARDY."

"Lived here for years. Nice, quiet and around the average for rent prices in the area. I see some things about the old management and the new one. If you try to please everyone someone wont like it is what I always say. I will miss the old managers because it was hard not to get to know them and see them as family too. A nice little micro community where people are friendly or mind their own businesss depending on what you are looking for. The windows afford a nice sweeping field of view so I can safely say yes I live here internet. Edit, a year later it's now managed by a management company. They don't do much but cash checks and apply late fees after holding those checks till the late fee date. You can pay 2.95% convenance fee to pay online. From 4 stars to one only because 0 is not an option I would not recommend to anyone now"

"My Husband and I lived at Sherwood for close to 5 years, owners could do more budgetwise, thank goodness for the great Property Managers, Lois and Stephanie, they have kept the place together despite challenges, they make things happen! they deal with loud, disruptive tenants right away and deal with all Maintenance issues right away! This place is cheap, no real amenities, but for the most part it's quiet and has things that are good! recommended as a good start!"

"Place is gross. Parking lot is a target for thieves our car was broken into multiple times while I resided here. Lois was unaccountable she made promises she did not fulfill. Water was always shut off due to their hazardous plumping issues. Units are filthy and most of their buildings have mold, roaches, and rodents . Extremely affordable but also outdated . You get what you pay for with this place."
