"Was a tenant here for a year. Wasnt the best but not the worst experience. Management was nice & understanding. However, the move in process I feel like was rushed. We discussed move in dates & had to accommodate to moving in at a sooner date with management, which was fine. But the downfall was that there were some things that werent ready. The first 2-3 days after moving in, the microwave was down & had to wait up to 3 weeks for a replacement. A huge issue was the toilet. It wasnt flushing properly and was clogged. The emergency maintenance took forever to resolve it, it was unfortunate to happen on a friday through the weekend. So we had to drive to gas stations or a relatives house just to relieve ourselves and was inconvenient because it was also through the winter and bad blizzard. Also, during the first week, we had roaches. We have never had any encounters with it prior to moving in, but I am grateful it was cleared within a month but still. I also want to mention that, during the big blizzard last year, the electricity went out and there was no way into our building due to the entrance fob needing electricity. I had my whole family with me, including my 3 month old. It was extremely stressful & uncalled for. Maintenance/Management didnt respond until almost 8 hours later. Then spring came along, mind you, I lived on the 3rd floor. The snow was melting, and our ceiling was leaking, it looked like a fat pimple. Leaked all over my carpet and bed. It was getting ridiculous at this point because it was one thing after another within just 4 months of living there. The leaking happened within a few hours of being out and about. Maintenance did check it out and painters did an ok job. My ceiling was turning yellow because they apparently forgot primer, but again, with a new infant, I was not going to be out of the house for another 8 hours for painting. Even after being gone 8 hrs, it still smelled like paint really bad. All that mattered to me was that the leaking was no longer. Having to be rushed to move in with this many problems is my reasoning for this review. Overall, it was a nice modern updated unit in the 2 Bed 1 Bath large. It was our first home, and it was nice while it lasted. Property manager Jenni, was great to us. The apartment itself just had a few problems that shouldnt have been overlooked and could be prevented for future tenants. Good luck."

"Wouldn’t say it’s a horrible experience move in process wasn’t to bad. The apartment wasn’t as clean as I hoped. I live by entry steps are very loud when people are walking up and down. Parking outside my building is horrible you have to park two buildings down. There is a very aggressive dog that lives in my building every time you walk down the hall it rams into the door and barks. Besides that property manager is nice and helpful neighbors are nice and quiet."

"As a first time renter Jenni made sure all my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. She explained all requirements great. My husband and our dog just moved in about two months ago and the complex is very quiet. We have neighbors with two little dogs but we can’t even hear them from our unit only when we’re in the hallway."

"Nice clean apartment complex. Love the updates. There were some nights where people were out late being loud in the parking lot but I guess that can’t be help. Overall quiet during the day as I work from home."
