"I needed a short term rental and one that would accept pets. I am a homeowner so I didn’t have a rental history. These things made is extremely difficult to find an apartment. I was also out of town and wouldn’t arrive until my lease started. Mark had a newly remodeled unit and I took it immediately without seeing it. Mark spent a lot of time helping me on the phone and even solving an issue for me with the power company. When I arrived and saw my apartment it was absolutely beautiful. Mark and Dan were very professional and prompt if I needed anything! I had signed a lease for 6 months and during the 5th month a friend of mine had to have emergency heart surgery. She asked if I could stay with her when she was out of the hospital. I contacted Mark and he found a new renter for my apartment quickly. I highly recommend JAS Management and specifically Mark and Dan. I still miss my lovely apartment!"

"We rented from JAS this past summer and had a nice experience. This was my first apartment and we needed a short term lease for an internship I had in Duluth. They were the only place that could accommodate for this need. They took us on a bunch of tours and helped us schedule times to accommodate the distance we had to travel before we were up in Duluth. We were happy with the apartment. It was just remodeled with a new kitchen and hardwood floors. Some things needed maintenance throughout the summer and they're busy a lot but Dan is wonderful and flexible. Every interaction with Mark and Dan seemed very personal and individual which we appreciated. It was a good starter apartment for us, though I will say also that the bay window on our apartment was so beautiful and opened up so space so nicely. It made our one bedroom apartment feel spacious."
